Placing an order on our site is simple and straight forward, simply add the items you desire to your online shopping basket and navigate the checkout using the step by step system we have in place.
In short no! You can purchase items as a guest if you do not want to register an account. However, registering an account can be useful in that you don’t have to fill out your details each time and can review your order history.
We aim to dispatch orders the same business day, but certainly within 3 business days. Depending on where you are in the world means it can take anywhere up to 7 business days to arrive. However we do ask that you allow 21 business days before making a formal claim for not having received your item(s). We only ask this as we can not request the courier to look into it until after this period has passed.
At the moment we do not use a tracked service as standard. We do on some higher value orders though. When this happens you will receive and email with the tracking number and website to track it on in an email. As we develop the website and services we will integrate a tracking system you can access via your account.
