We want our customers to be as happy as possible, and we feel that a large part of this is understanding. So we’ve aimed to make our returns policy as straight forward as possible, below you will find it broken down into the various sections.

Your right to cancel:

As we operate an online store, you have the right to cancel your order for a refund within 14 days of the date of order confirmation. You then have further 14 days to return the goods to us, we will then inspect and refund the items returned within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged goods:

Where an item is faulty, and we are notified within 6 months of the date of the order confirmation we will look to repair or replace that item for you. There are exceptions to this rule below, however this does not affect your right to cancel.

  • Where you have damaged the item by attempting to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it.
  • The fault was there when you bought it, and the item was advertised as being faulty.
  • You no longer want the item because it is the wrong size or colour.

If a customer approaches us after 6 months we reserve the right to make a decision on a case by case basis.

Items lost or damaged in transit:

As per our deliver & shipping policy, we don’t accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will assist when this occurs. If you get in touch with us we can contact the courier to inform them of an item lost or damaged. We can then look to make a claim. If the claim is successful we will either reimburse you the claim amount or send out a replacement item. 

A note to our customers:

We do expect customers to return items in their original condition, this means they must be used and in their original packaging. This is particularly important with underwear, where there are potential health issues with accepting returns. As we take the safety of our customers and staff seriously, we operate a black light inspection on all items returned to us.
